Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant General Manager at Trulieve, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store showroom and reception team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Lead and coach teams to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our patients feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Development: Partner with the General Manager to provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the showroom team, focusing on company service standards and accountability.
  • Patient Support: Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations, ensuring that our patients receive the support and care they need.
  • Loss Prevention: Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures, ensuring that our store is secure and compliant.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring that patient information is protected.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum of an associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior cash handling experience and management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday, see and hear or use prosthetics to function adequately, and lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.
Work Schedule

45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
