We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure their well-being and safety. Your primary responsibility will be to teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication to help families build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Work with foster parents to train, license, and support them in providing a nurturing environment for children
- Teach children and families essential life skills to promote healthy relationships and communication
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support to families and children
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human services field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. If you have a passion for helping families and children, and a desire to make a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferAt TFI Family Services, Inc., we offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and remote work options. We also provide 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment and 25 days after completion of year one, as well as 12 paid holidays.
