Foster Care Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Foster Care Worker to join our team at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of children in their home environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with children and families to identify and address their unique needs and challenges.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in the human services field.
