Practice Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager II to join our team at Kintegra Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our physician network office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Operations
- Manage the overall leadership and operations of the assigned practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and recruit all clerical and clinical personnel, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their job functions effectively.
- Manage staff schedules and coverage, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient demand.
- Manage financial goals effectively, ensuring the practice operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Oversee and manage all clinical related inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, linens, and clerical supplies.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, ensuring the practice meets or exceeds quality standards and patient satisfaction targets.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with health center departments, staff, and external organizations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Represent the organization and practice site in the community, promoting a positive image and reputation.
- Education
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience
- One or more years' experience in physician practice management; three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification(s)
- None required.
- Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of medical office software and systems, including electronic health records and practice management systems.
