Position Overview:
As a proficient Machine Technician II, you will be responsible for operating various machinery including blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems. Your role will involve troubleshooting production issues and performing minor maintenance to ensure the seamless operation of the production line while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit mastery of entry-level Machine Operator skills and mentor Level-1 Machine Operators.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and blow-mold process protocols.
  • Utilize mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve process challenges.
  • Implement preventive maintenance procedures effectively.
  • Maintain critical processing outputs by making necessary adjustments.
  • Operate multiple production lines efficiently.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
  • Train and support entry-level Machine Operators as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Intermediate mathematical and computer skills.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant machine operator experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of Altium Machine Technician Level II training is required.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Employees may also need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as part of their duties.

Work Environment:
Employees will be exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production setting, with a typical noise level that is loud. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory in designated areas.
