Job Title: Senior Product Manager

ABSC is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AI/ML to lead the development of innovative solutions for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role will be responsible for defining product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving the delivery of customer-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the NGA's AI/ML needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and executives to provide strategic guidance and industry foresight.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive product roadmaps, working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program managers and government officials.
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience in AI/ML product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Customer empathy and user-centric mindset, with experience in conducting user research and testing.
  • Adaptive learning and AI curiosity, with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Relevant certifications or additional education in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field are a plus.
