Position Summary:
The Electronics Assembly Technician will engage in a diverse range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks on assemblies or sub-assemblies. This role involves determining and adhering to methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. The technician will be responsible for making setups and adjustments while maintaining tolerances according to blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience and expertise in electronic sub-assemblies and system integration.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend color codes and component identification.
  • Exhibit proficiency in working under a microscope when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Manual dexterity skills are essential.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
  • Prior experience (over one year) in electronic sub-assemblies and system integration is required.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 15-30 pounds.
  • Willingness to work weekends and exhibit flexibility in scheduling as needed.

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $39,520 - $43,680, translating to an hourly rate of $19 - $21. Additionally, Sanmina offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for personal and vacation needs.
