What We're Looking For

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid background in financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  1. Client Onboarding
  • Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor.
  • Compile each client's financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations.
Financial Planning
  • Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs.
  • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.
Client Service
  • Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients.
  • Track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given.

Requirements

  • A valid professional license, such as a CPA or CFP.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software.
