Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 45 employees, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of up to 45 employees, including Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including financial controls, guest service, and BKC compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • Complete all internal certification programs.
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
