This is a remote position at Mutrux Firm.


Our firm is seeking a skilled Client Engagement Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will receive real-world experience, exceptional training, and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy personal injury firm. All equipment and computers will be provided by the firm.

This opportunity will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment. The Client Engagement Representative will be responsible for obtaining all information concerning when, where, and how an injury occurred, noting injuries and possible injuries, along with other important details.

All potential clients speak with an Intake Specialist before the possible case is sent to the legal team for review. The Client Engagement Representative will also perform scheduled check-in calls to our clients. These calls are not to give the client information or inform them of case status, although they may ask. These calls are set in place to check on the emotional and physical wellbeing of our clients post-injury. This is one way our firm is set apart from other injury law firms.

  • At least 1 year of related job experience is required. Must have experience with customer service on the phone or experience working with a law firm.
