We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Center Director at The Learning Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment where children and families thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
- Ensure the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standards, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning and creating a fun and enriching experience for children.
- Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
- Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours, showcasing the benefits of our program and organizing community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
We value your experience in daycare or preschool settings and encourage you to apply. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
