Position Overview

Join our team in Menomonee Falls as a Program Financial Analyst supporting our Program Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of Financial & Program Analysis functions within the department.
  • Engage in program and financial tasks including Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation, budget formulation, reporting, management, cost & variance analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completion (EAC), cash management, forecasting, and contractual reporting.
  • Comprehend the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Guide Plan processes, aiding in the preparation of program bookings, revenue, operating profit, investment, and cash flow data.
  • Grasp how job costs are accumulated and billed across various contract types.
  • Conduct complex analytical studies, monitor trends, and accurately interpret results.
  • Support compliance with government regulations and audit processes.
  • Understand Standards of Conduct, including Conflicts of Interest, Improper Practices, Liability, and Fraud.
  • Familiarize with contract design and structure, including various contract types and procurement methods.
  • Assist in Proposal Preparations, encompassing bid/no-bid evaluations, cost estimating, pricing, RFP reviews, risk mitigation, and negotiations.
  • Understand the source selection evaluation process, including cost and price analysis, discussions, debriefings, and protests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience in a government manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS & SOX regulations.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis principles and skills.
  • Familiarity with IR&D/B&P/Direct Sell and the distinction between allowable and unallowable costs.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens and meet security standards as mandated by the Department of Defense, including obtaining any necessary security clearance within a reasonable timeframe after starting employment.
