Position Overview

This role will report directly to the Finance Director and will play a crucial role in enhancing monthly operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate weekly reports on technology usage, unauthorized hours, and work-in-progress for distribution
  • Oversee inventory management, including cycle count metrics, excess and obsolete inventory, and account reconciliations
  • Develop ad hoc reports for management review
  • Lead financial reporting for actual results and forecasting for the distribution team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to learn and enhance processes on a monthly basis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate processes across various teams
  • Minimal travel required, less than 5%
