Job Title: Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Pactiv Evergreen in Abilene, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead and train co-workers on electrical and mechanical related issues.
  • Utilize CMMS program to coordinate PM, Breakdown and routine maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all plant and Pactiv wide policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of previous Mechanical-electrical experience.
  • Knowledge of Electrical components of Thermo-formers, Extruders, Crystallizers and Dryers preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and read electrical schematics/blueprints.
  • Must be able to operate Lift/Scissor Truck.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with managers and co-workers.
