Job OverviewPOSITION SUMMARY:

This role is integral to the maintenance and operation of our fleet equipment, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Employment Status: Full-Time Regular

Compensation: $31.00 to $42.00/hr

Wm Bolthouse Farms Inc is renowned for its premium beverages and dressings, employing a dedicated workforce committed to delivering high-quality products nationwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the maintenance team in all aspects of PIT equipment upkeep.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to mechanics and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assess training needs and deliver training on PIT equipment.
  • Offer expertise in maintenance processes for all PIT equipment.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment, including creating training materials and validating documentation.
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, including battery servicing and tire replacements.
  • Ensure optimal functionality of all plant PITs through repairs and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on various material handling equipment.
  • Manage PIT inventory to maintain adequate parts supply for fleet operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendor services related to fleet repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of experience with electric and gas-powered material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Valid California Driver License and a clean driving record.
  • Forklift certification is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
  • Three years of relevant experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • 1st shift: Monday – Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work as needed.
