Job Requirements

For this role, we require a Graduate of an Accredited Program and less than 1 year of experience. A current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Texas is also necessary. Additionally, certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA) is required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are also essential within 30 days of hire or transfer.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual beginning Day 1.
