Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service, manage restaurant operations, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Coach and develop employees to improve their skills and performance.
    • Manage employee conflicts and performance issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
