This position entails guiding a team of production personnel to meet daily operational objectives while ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Oversee and inspire a group of production staff to fulfill operational targets.
Deliver hands-on training and development opportunities for team members.
Encourage a supportive and cooperative workplace culture.
Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality assessments and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
Work closely with the quality assurance department to identify and address quality challenges.
Establish protocols to minimize product defects and rework.
Safety and Regulations:
Promote a secure working environment by upholding safety standards and executing safety audits.
Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing setting in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Proficient in production scheduling and planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
2nd shift- 4:30 pm to 3:00 am
$18.50 an hour
