Job Title: General Maintenance Technician III

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled General Maintenance Technician III to join our team. This is a temporary to permanent position that requires a strong background in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced level expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair blowers, fans, heat exchange equipment, and other industrial equipment.
  • Perform basic pipefitting repairs and welding skills are a plus.
  • Troubleshoot and repair overhead doors, roll-up doors, gates, and gate arms.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform required actions such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes.
  • Communicate noncompliance concerns to ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, control, and operating systems as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Replace motors, bearings, sheaves, shafts, and other equipment as needed.
  • Respond to and provide service and feedback to customers on all work orders while ensuring compliance to codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.
  • Safely perform functions of the position, following proper safety guidelines, and wearing PPE as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
  • Five years of maintenance experience in one of the following trades: Industrial HVAC, Industrial Mechanical Machine Repair, or Automotive Repair.
  • Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required.
  • May be required to work holidays and weekends.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
