Chief Risk Officer

Social Capital Resources is seeking a seasoned Chief Risk Officer to lead our risk management initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee and direct risk management, compliance, and security functions to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including the USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, and OFAC requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance certifications, such as CAMS, are highly desirable.
