About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team at Zelis Healthcare. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare and technology.

In this position, you will work closely with our Implementation Team to ensure seamless client implementations. You will analyze data and configure our system to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their implementation needs and provide solutions.
  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to address client issues.
  • Design and develop payer communication documents and ID cards.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before delivering results to clients.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to track progress and communicate with team members.
  • Maintain secure user accounts and perform annual security audits.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements
  • You must live within 100 miles of our St Louis, MO or St Petersburg, FL location.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in an office setting is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims communication processes and printing aspects is advantageous.
  • The ability to understand and utilize web-based applications for project management and client business-to-business applications is essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on your skills and experience. Our locations include St Louis, MO and St Petersburg, FL.
