Senior Payroll Administrator

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee the accurate and timely processing of domestic and international payrolls. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Manager and Director to enhance payroll processes and ensure quality control throughout the payroll cycle.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll systems, accounting practices, and Federal/State wage & hour laws. You will be responsible for accurately processing biweekly, monthly, partner, and international payrolls, as well as maintaining reports from the Time Tracking System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and process payroll data for accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement payroll processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
- Stay up-to-date on changing payroll laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in payroll systems, including Expert and Workday
- International payroll experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills, including pivots and lookups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
