About the Position

TalentBurst is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electromechanical assemblies, handling and installing fiber-optics and related hardware, and ensuring lab equipment is maintained and calibrated. They will also support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems, participate in process improvements, and maintain floor stock inventory.

This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar field and a strong understanding of leadership principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies
  • Handle and install fiber-optics and related hardware
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
  • Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
  • Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory
