Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates communication between Borrower, Loan Officer, Processor, Title Company, and Underwriting team to ensure efficient and timely closing of mortgage transactions.
  • Conducts thorough reviews of files received from processing to confirm all conditions are satisfied for a clear to close.
  • Prepares necessary documentation for members according to various loan program specifications. Ensures accuracy in rate and interest information while communicating final closing figures to members.
  • Performs comprehensive audits of all closing documents to guarantee completeness and accuracy, including rate details, title reports, and lock confirmations.
  • Secures approval on closing conditions to meet loan underwriting standards.
  • Coordinates closing appointments with branches, attorneys, title companies, real estate agents, and borrowers.
  • Educates members on loan policies and closing procedures, addressing discrepancies promptly and resolving any closing issues as they arise.
  • Conducts audits of all Heloc files prior to funding for precision.
  • Handles loan funding responsibilities, including boarding the loan, posting payments to internal accounts, and distributing payoffs to lenders.
  • Delivers exceptional member service by addressing inquiries related to mortgage loan activities, including the preparation of closing documents and reviewing settlement statements.
  • Fosters strong, positive, and productive relationships within the organization by aligning with the company's mission and core values.
