Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator is essential in overseeing the patient registration process, ensuring accurate updates of personal and insurance data in our systems, managing a multi-line phone system, organizing patient records, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the clinic
  • Welcome patients, facilitate check-ins, and verify insurance information
  • Digitally archive documents into electronic health records
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and organized
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and follow-up communications
  • Address tasks within the electronic health record system
  • Manage office supply inventory, assist with product sales, and oversee mail distribution
  • Prepare for patient appointments effectively
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a healthcare setting or similar environment
  • Skills: Competence in basic computer operations, quick adaptability to new software, and strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Additional Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, excellent customer service aptitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and effective teamwork skills

Compensation: $17-19 per hour
