Compliance Project Manager

As a Compliance Project Manager at Michael Page, you will oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in driving success in the healthcare industry.
Team Management:
You will lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Your strong communication skills will enable you to serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Budget & Financial Control:
You will develop and manage project budgets, approve financial transactions, and control costs without sacrificing quality or safety. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for cost savings and implementing effective financial controls.
Risk & Problem Management:
You will proactively identify risks, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your ability to think critically and develop effective solutions will be critical in mitigating risks and ensuring project success.
Contract Management:
You will negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring vendors and subcontractors meet performance expectations and resolve disputes efficiently. Your strong negotiation skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
You will ensure adherence to company and client quality standards through regular inspections and audits. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance:
You will enforce safety protocols, comply with OSHA standards, and implement corrective actions as needed. Your commitment to safety and compliance will be essential in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.
