We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing road construction, paving, and utility projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage project teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
• Coordinate with forepersons and crews to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve crew productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with owners, agencies, and inspectors to ensure project compliance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in bridge/heavy highway construction required.
• Minimum 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to and learn new computer applications.

Base salary range: $60,000-$125,000 (Southern Tier: $72,000-$150,000).

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials.
