The Opportunity

CSL Plasma stands as one of the world's foremost collectors of human plasma, playing a crucial role in ensuring that individuals with rare and serious health conditions can lead normal, healthy lives. With over 300 collection centers across the U.S., we are dedicated to our mission.

The Role

This is a 6 – 9 month accelerated training program designed to provide professionals with a promising FUTURE and a well-defined career trajectory. Participants can anticipate receiving development opportunities through a combination of hands-on experience and classroom-style training, personalized mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager Quality at one of CSL's plasma centers located in various states.

Program Structure

1. Production Training (6 weeks):
During this phase, you will acquire knowledge of staff responsibilities, including roles such as Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician.

2. Center Leadership Training (10 – 14 weeks):
You will engage in overnight travel for a total of 5 weeks to attend leadership training sessions, which will include both classroom and practical training experiences.

3. Leadership Experience & Development (12 weeks):
Weekly one-on-one mentoring with your designated Sponsor (mentor) will be provided, along with a series of leadership development classes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct trending and investigations of deviations.
- Manage change and implement improvement plans.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff based on observations.
- Lead audits and ensure the center is prepared for inspections.

Upon completing the three phases, you will be eligible for promotion and may travel to support other centers until your promotion is finalized.

Your Skills and Experience

Education:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
