About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grain Settlement Specialist to join our finance team at GTT, LLC. As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will play a critical role in providing day-to-day support for our business unit customers and vendors through the entire procure-to-pay process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to ensure accurate invoicing and collection of money due to the company.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our business unit customers and vendors, addressing and resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite; experience using automated financial and accounting systems; strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
