Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to oversee the organization's Salesforce platform and drive the success of our digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, implementation, and integration, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform
  • Ensure optimal system performance, data security, and data quality
  • Lead and manage Salesforce development projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate business objectives into technical requirements
  • Design and develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation
  • 2+ years of Salesforce platform architect-level experience
  • Certifications or comparable experience in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture
