Job Summary

Dairy One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of DHI Field Service Manager. This position will be responsible for leading a team of DHI Field Technicians and ensuring consistent and reliable service to our dairy producer customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of DHI Field Technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Perform DHI testing and circuit management to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Represent Dairy One in the Great Lakes Region, promoting the company's value-added services and upholding our core values of integrity, professionalism, innovation, commitment, and positivity
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Dairy One's products and services in the region
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and at least 3 years of experience performing full-time DHI testing, preferably with Dairy One
  • Prior experience supervising or leading teams is highly desirable

Work Environment

This role will involve regular travel throughout the assigned region to meet with customers and DHI Field Technicians. Occasional overnight travel, evening, and weekend work may be required to meet the demands of the position. Some work will be performed on farms, which includes exposure to various weather conditions.
