Family Pathways Thrift Stores is seeking Sales Associates to help transform community donations of gently-used clothing and household goods into funding for our core social programs. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, collect donations, price and merchandise donated goods, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safety net of essential services in your community.

**What We Offer**

**Typical Starting Wage: $13.00 per hour (non-exempt)**

**Work-Life Balance** : Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM and Sundays 11AM to 5PM, with rotating weekend shifts and shorter holiday hours

**Benefits:** Holiday Bonus Pay, Direct Deposit, and 401(k) Plans for eligible employees
