Job Overview

As a key member of the Firehouse Subs team, the General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant to achieve exceptional results in guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and support to the restaurant team to ensure consistent delivery of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Operations and Compliance
    • Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
    • Implement and maintain effective systems for inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and implement cost-saving measures.
Requirements
