Kitchen Support Role Overview

This key position is integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen and involves supporting staff through ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and supplies.

Main Duties:
  • Loading, operating, and off-loading the dishwashing machine for maximum efficiency;
  • Overseeing water temperatures to guarantee cleanliness and safety;
  • Maintaining ample stocks of sanitized dinnerware;
  • Collecting and disposing of waste and maintaining tidiness;
  • Conducting routine cleaning tasks throughout production areas.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Not necessary to have prior restaurant experience;
  • Capacity to stand for long periods without fatigue;
  • Able to safely handle heavy loads weighing up to 60 pounds;
Workplace Environment:

Will be working in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting where employees may encounter scalding surfaces, sharp objects, or hazardous chemicals.

Salary Package:
