Dishroom Attendant

We are Keke's Breakfast Cafe, a restaurant that takes pride in providing excellent service and high-quality food. We are seeking a reliable Dishroom Attendant to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and equipment. This includes loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, keeping it clean and reporting any functional or mechanical problems immediately. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring the dish machine water temperature to ensure a sanitary wash cycle, washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, and keeping the dish room clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• No previous restaurant experience required
• Physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
