Dishware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish room, as well as ensuring that all tableware and kitchenware are washed and stored properly.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient washing and cleaning of dishes.
• Monitor the dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware for dining areas.
• Bag and haul trash to the dumpster to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean food preparation, production areas, and dish room as required.

• No prior restaurant experience is required.
• You must be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• You should be able to work in a standing position for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• You must be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced breakfast cafe environment with regular exposure to hot surfaces, sharp objects, and chemicals.

We offer a competitive salary of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits.
