Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment efforts for both entry-level and managerial roles.
  • Forge partnerships with community organizations, colleges, and universities to cultivate diverse pools of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain various reports, including applicant tracking, vacancy, and turnover statistics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding employee relations, policies, and procedures.
  • Keep the HRIS system updated with accurate employee data and information.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and other training sessions for employees.

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources roles is necessary.

  • A proven problem solver with the ability to design and implement effective systems.
  • Technologically proficient with a strong command of various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Job Type:

Full-time position with a salary range of $48,000 to $52,000 per year.
