General Summary of Duties:
Our Delivery team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly delivery experience. They maintain safe and efficient travel within designated areas, complete accurate cash and inventory handling practices, and consistently deliver the highest level of customer service. Delivery Specialists must understand and embrace Ohana Cannabis Co.'s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver cannabis products to customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions about products, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.
