Career Path Development Associate

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Career Path Development Associate to play a critical role in shaping and advancing the career development strategies within our Human Resources department. This position is responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs aimed at fostering employee growth and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement career development programs and resources to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to address career development needs and provide coaching and counseling to employees.
  • Support and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage logistics, including scheduling and material preparation, to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress, and prepare reports on training outcomes and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training and development role or a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of career development principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Benefits:

  • Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details:

$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
