Role Summary:

As a Client Support Specialist, your main duty will be to ensure outstanding service and assistance to both our internal teams and external clients. You will be part of a dynamic group responsible for accurately processing orders, updating clients on their order status, and addressing product-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails to assist customers and support the sales team as needed.
  • Adhere to established protocols for order entry, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and concerns.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, collaborating with team leads and management to resolve issues.
  • Maintain clear and positive communication with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Foster and sustain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve or surpass departmental goals and objectives as set by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or call center environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office or similar software applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting where open communication is encouraged and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Working Environment:

This position involves regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. The role requires extended periods of sitting and effective use of dual computer monitors while accurately entering data.
