About the Job
  • Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
  • Work with the Assistant Manager to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
  • Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant.
  • Help Department Managers set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
  • Hire and develop Shift Managers and crew team members to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
  • Background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
