We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support services in a home setting
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and physical activity
  • Report changes in patient condition or environment to the attending nurse/RN
  • Support patient teaching and other procedures based on patient plans of care
  • Prepare and submit documentation of observations, findings, and services provided
  • Administer emergency first aid when needed
