Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting any concerns to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
- Support residents with meal service and feeding as needed.
- Reposition residents in wheelchairs and beds, and assist with transfers.
