Electrical Systems Specialist

The Electrical Systems Specialist will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all electrical devices and systems within the plant. This includes troubleshooting industrial control circuits, modifying circuits in industrial machines and systems, and troubleshooting PLC systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing and testing Ethernet networks, as well as disassembling and reassembling electrical equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, repair, and maintain all electrical devices and systems within the plant
* Troubleshoot industrial control circuits and modify circuits in industrial machines and systems
* Troubleshoot PLC systems and install and test Ethernet networks
* Disassemble and reassemble electrical equipment as needed
Requirements:
* At least one to three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment and electrical drafting experience
* Formal electrical training, such as union apprentice, military training, or industrial experience
* Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings
* Proficiency using electrical test instruments
* Ability to wire electrical panels from schematics
Preferred Qualifications:
* Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) experience or training
* Human/Machine interface (HMI) experience or training
* Industrial Ethernet experience or training
* Industrial control network experience or training
* Industrial vision inspection systems experience or training
* Punch press OSHA controls requirements experience or training
* Servo motor experience or training
