Mercury Systems is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of electrical and mechanical operations on components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building assemblies using work instructions, engineer drawings, and the Bill of Material.
  • Performing repetitive electro/mechanical assembly operations utilizing microscopes, soldering irons, screwdrivers, and small hand tools.
  • Maintaining paperwork, logs, and moderate maintenance in the area to accurately meet company policies.
  • Working to build product while meeting or exceeding current time standards.
  • Maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Soldering and basic mechanical assembly experience.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in English and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures.
  • Ability to work with general instruction on daily activities.
  • Ability to multi-task while adhering to schedules.
