What to Expect as a Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities. This may include:

  • Providing nursing care and support to residents
  • Checking vital signs and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Observing residents' conditions and alerting supervising staff to any emergencies
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Performing tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, such as changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic bedside manner
