As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview:

The Proposal Coordinator will assist with the coordination and management of qualifications and marketing proposals. They will support firm qualifications and proposal pursuits, working closely with Proposal Managers and Leadership to gather necessary information needed to meet submission deadlines. This includes assembling and packaging proposals/documents from inception through final product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Assist in high-stakes proposal pursuits, collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Strategic Material Gathering: Assist in gathering relevant materials and information from various departments, ensuring all submissions are comprehensive and compelling.
  • Proposal Assembly and Packaging: Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring that all documents are meticulously assembled and presented to meet designated deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality control, ensuring that all proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
