J & J Staffing Resources is currently seeking a Healthcare Compensation Analyst to become a vital part of our client's team.

This is a Remote Direct Hire position, requiring occasional attendance at in-person meetings. The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, develop, model, and recommend compensation structures for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Engage in recognized physician compensation surveys, including but not limited to Sullivan-Cotter, MGMA, Hay, Clark's, and HCS.
  • Create reference and communication materials that clarify the Physician compensation programs.
  • Design, model, and propose compensation strategies and frameworks for both general and specialty physicians. Analyze compensation and productivity data to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee the job evaluation process, collaborating with managers to create or revise job descriptions that meet internal standards and accurately reflect essential functions and minimum requirements.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of professional job descriptions for physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Compensation, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare compensation or a related HR field, preferably within provider compensation.
  • Experience with incentive compensation models and professional billing practices is preferred.
