Wellness Nurse Specialist

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced Wellness Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to our residents.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, conducting wellness visits, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure seamless delivery of resident services.
- Participate in quality assurance meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.
Requirements:
- A valid state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
