Tax Advisory Director

FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice is seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Director to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advisory services to our clients, helping them navigate complex financial and transactional challenges.
Our Real Estate Solutions team has a singular focus on the real estate and finance industry, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Tax Advisory Director. You will work closely with our clients to provide integrated financial, tax, and real estate solutions, helping them achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and strategy
- Lead teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements
- Review individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, gift, estate, and foundation tax returns
- Coordinate tax research and planning
- Participate in training and planning training content
- Stay current on relevant tax matters and new developments
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
- Education in compliance with CPA exam requirements/CPA License
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7+ years of post-graduate work experience
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
